1. Our Managing Director is a practising Chartered Accountant and Taxation Specialist of Trinidad and Tobago for over forty (40) years.

2. A former Auditor and Assistant Commissioner of the Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) of Trinidad and Tobago for twelve (12) years.

His training and qualifications include:

• Harvard University – Harvard Law School, International Tax Program

• University of Southern California – Institute of Tax Administration

  • Comprehensive Course in the Theory and Practice of Tax Administration

• University of Texas at Dallas – Advanced International Program in Oil and Gas Financial Management

• City, University of London – ACCA

• ICATT-registered Chartered Accountant

• Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA)

• Served as a Board of Director of the five (5) State Companies over a fifteen (15) year period

• Represented the Competent Authority of T&T under the Double Taxation Agreement with Canada

• Appeared as an Accounting expert to the Tax Appeal Board

• Served as a member of the Petroleum Pricing Committee
